Week 9 Update

Gentlemen,

This week in Simons Hockey we had the Blackhawks and Canadiens face-off in the early game. The Canadiens were able to get an all to precious W by defeating the Hawks 9-2. In the middle game the Bruins and Maple Leafs squared off. The Bruins fell for the second straight week 8-3, this puts the Leafs within two points of the league leader. In the late game The Red Wings defeated the Bruins 4-2.

We head into Week 10 our final week before a tournament break on November 16th. The standings are starting to tighten up. The Bruins once commanding lead has been cut to two points by the Leafs. While the Canadiens have all but caught up to the Rangers, Blackhawks and Red Wings. This last game before the break will set a great stage for the back half of 2012 portion of the season.

Cheers,
